PREVIEW: Unitedhealth shares up; Q3 rev, EPS seen rising y/y
** Shares in Unitedhealth UNH.N shares up 1.4% on Monday ahead of Q3 financial report due out before the stock market opens on Tuesday morning
** Wall Street consensus estimates have the health insurance co reporting adj EPS of $7.00 vs $6.56 in year-ago quarter on rev of $99.28 bln, which would be up 7.5% y/y, according to the latest data from LSEG
** In last 8 quarters UNH's rev and EPS either met or beat Wall Street expectations every time
** In July, UNH beat Street Q2 profit estimates, signaled resumption of share buybacks after pause due to February hack. While the hack of its tech unit caused UNH to forecast a bigger than expected hit to annual earnings it still maintained full-year profit forecast, boosting its shares that day
** UNH shares last traded at $606.48 vs median PT of $620 according to LSEG, which shows 29 analyst ratings: 11 'strong buy,' 17 'buy' and 1 'hold' rating
**YTD shares in UNH up ~15% vs ~13% gain for S&P 500 healthcare index .SPXHC and ~14% increase for the Dow Industrials .DJI
